Copilot is Microsoft’s AI assistant built into Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. It can draft documents, summarise email threads and meetings, and find information across your files. It is an add-on licence for Microsoft 365 business plans – we can supply it, set it up and train your team.
It can be, with the right setup. Business AI tools like Copilot keep your data within your Microsoft 365 tenant, but they can see anything a user has access to – so we check permissions first. We also put a safe-use policy in place so staff do not paste sensitive company or customer information into public AI tools.
